Welcome to the DanceFit Community! I'm excited you're here! I'm a southeast Texas girl who loves to dance and found my happy place in the group fitness world sharing dance fitness with others. 
Dance fitness created a safe place for me to become more than "Just a mom. wife. realtor. insert our many titles" It gave me therapy, community, a release, and I've tapped into my true purpose in life. Reminding women who TF they are!
